Celebrate your child’s birthday, half birthday, or any special event that may deserve some extra recognition with the gift of reading through our Celebration Book Club. Make a lasting contribution, in your child’s name, to our school library and get special recognition in front of the school at a flag ceremony! Sign-ups available now!
Please enter the following:
- Your child’s name
- Teacher’s name
- Yes/No permission to post your child’s photo on social media
- Select Reason for becoming a member: Birthday or Special Event
- Message for personalized bookplate
Birthday Book Club Includes:
- Recognition at one of the special monthly flag ceremonies from Mrs. Snedecker
- A picture of your child on the PTA Facebook and Instagram pages
- Personalized bookplate inside the book
- Special bookmark
- Photo printed and hung in the school library for the school year
- Students will read and share their book with their family first before anyone else and will return the book back to the school library after a couple of weeks.
After your child is finished with their book, they return it to their teacher where it becomes part of the school’s library book collection for all to enjoy.
After your child is presented with their book, you will receive an email from us with the following:
- A photo of your student(s) which will be used on our social media platforms
Please note: By completing this form, you are giving George White and the George White PTA permission to share photo(s) of your child(ren) on social media and anywhere else George White distributes material.
Checks/cash may be given to the front office. Slots must be selected at least seven days in advance and will not be guaranteed without payment
