Celebrate your child’s birthday, or half birthday, with the gift of reading through our Birthday Book Club. Make a lasting contribution, in your child’s name, to our school library and get special recognition in the yearbook! Sign-ups available now!
Please enter the following:
- Your child’s name
- Teacher’s name
- Yes/No permission to post your child’s photo to social media
- Message for personalized bookplate
Birthday Book Club Includes:
- A picture of your child featured on the Birthday Book Club page in the yearbook
- A digital copy of your child’s photo with a fun virtual background
- Recognition at special monthly flag ceremony from Mrs. Snedecker
- A picture of your child on the PTA Facebook and Instagram pages
- Personalized bookplate inside the book
- Choice of birthday bookmark
- Students will read and share their book with their family first before anyone else and will return the book back to the school library
After your child is finished with their book, they return it to their teacher where it becomes part of the school’s library book collection for all to enjoy.
Prior to your selected date, you will receive an email from us. We will need the following:
- Your student(s) virtual background choice (choices will be given in the email)
- A photo of your student(s) to import into this background.
Please note: By completing this form, you are giving George White and the George White PTA permission to share photo(s) of your child(ren) on social media and anywhere else George White distributes material.
Checks/cash may be given to the front office. Slots must be selected at least seven days in advance and will not be guaranteed without payment
**100% of your donation will go toward our George White PTA.
