There are so many ways to make an impact with PTA.
Ralphs Community Rewards
This is one of the easiest ways you can support our school and it’s free to you! This program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your card to an organization, all you have to do is shop at Ralphs and swipe your Shopper’s Card or enter your phone number.
How to set up Ralph's Community Rewards to go towards the George White PTA
1. Create a digital account.
A digital account is needed to participate in Ralphs Community Rewards. If you already have a digital account, simply link your Shopper’s Card to your account so that all transactions apply toward the organization you choose.
2. Link your Card to an organization.
Selecting the organization that you wish to support is as simple as updating the Ralphs Community Rewards selection on your digital account.
1. Sign in to your digital account.
2. Search for your organization here.
3. Enter the name or NPO number of the organization you wish to support.
4. Select the appropriate organization from the list and click “Save”.
Your selected organization will also display in the Ralphs Community Rewards section of your account. If you need to review or revisit your organization, you can always do so under your Account details.
3. Your organization earns.
Any transactions moving forward using the Shopper’s Card number associated with your digital account will be applied to the program, at no added cost to you. Ralphs donates annually to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Ralphs Community Rewards organizations.
USAgain
Donate your gently used clothing, shoes, and textiles to help George White and help the planet. Usagain provides communities with a convenient and eco-friendly option to rid themselves of excess clothing, which is diverted from landfills. By exporting clothes and shoes to struggling countries they generate revenue, create green jobs here in the US and abroad and help to improve the well-being of people around the world. By putting clothes back in the use cycle, you can help conserve precious natural resources and limit the emission of greenhouse gases to fight Global Warming and the Climate Crisis.
Volunteer
George White PTA is an all-volunteer organization supporting George White Elementary School in Laguna Niguel, CA. Each year, our PTA bridges the gap where state and district funding fall short. We provide funding for art, science lab, a computer lab assistant, playground supervision, field trips, classroom expenses, and a whole lot more.
Our PTA is run by parent volunteers and dedicated teachers & staff. All George White families are invited to join the PTA. We are always looking for volunteers!
Sponsor
The goal of our Corporate Sponsorship Program is to bridge the gap in funding provided by the State, School District and what it actually takes to support the programs and resources at our school such as “STEAM”, Reading Supplements, and teacher support. All of these programs are extremely beneficial for the education of our students and ensure that they will have a great school year and education here in Laguna Niguel. If that wasn’t compelling enough, your donation is also 100% tax deductible. We have several marketing options available to promote your business throughout the year to all of our families and members of our community. Please take a look over our marketing options and let me know if any of them catch your eye. We appreciate any level of support with which you are able to give.
Join the PTA
You can make a real impact at George White. Our PTA meets 6 times per year, and we encourage all families and teachers to tune in to stay on top of all things George White. From funding supplemental education programs, to advocating for new playground equipment, the PTA is the best way to make a direct impact on the school experience for your kids.
